Evaluation:

Our  parents say that it was better when they were in school. They knew their classmates longer and they had programmes to help the weaker students. And they had to care about younger students and help them to start at a new school.

We think it was better too. We don't have programmes to help younger students to get a good start. Today we don't really have to care about the younger ones. And we don't have programmes to help weaker students. I agree with my parents. At that time it was better in school. :)

Here is some information about our school in the beautiful Erzgebirge.The Matthes Enderlein grammar school is situated in Zwönitz.

The school consists of the two buildings, the new and the old one (the old was first =D).

We have a cafeteria, an assembly hall, a school yard, gyms (two of them) and two car parks (one only for teachers), we have also a stadium and lots of rooms too.

 Parents:
Our parents had one school from class 1 to10.They also had a cafeteria, school yard and a gym.The rooms were bigger and higher than our rooms. There was a little pool. Our parents had to go to school on Saturday (terrible)


Grandparents:
Our grandparents had school from class 1to 8.They didn`t have as much equipment as today.They had to wear school uniforms. They had to go to school on Saturday too.

Most subjects are boring, but some of them are realy interesting.


Parents.:
 The first foreign language they learned was Russian and later English. A different school subject is that they had cooking and hand craft in the first years and later they had to work in a factory.


Grandparents:- Russian (no English)
                      - hand craft (all school time)

associations

We have a day school, thats why we have so many associations.
For example: choir, comenius project :), handball and theater in english,german and french.

Parents:
Our parents had a choir, drawing and a sport

We have 60 teachers on our school. Some of them are very cool, but the most aren`t cool.

Parents: the same

Grandparents: very strict teachers. When they were bad the teachers hit them with a pointer.
